 Rarity Club sits along 3.8 miles of shoreline along Lake Nickajack, which offers gorgeous views from the waterfront, waterview and mountain view homesites. Lake Nickajack is one of the Tennessee River’s chain of lakes that connects to the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway and allows boaters to travel down to the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. The lake has a total of 215 miles of shoreline and is 46 miles long with 10,370 acres of surface area. Visitors to the lake can enjoy fishing, boating, waterskiing, jet skiing, swimming, camping and other public access areas.
