Ray Smith
Sales Consultant
Ray Smith is a native of the Chattanooga area, but has traveled many places in the United States and abroad. He and his wife, Pamela, have three children and three granddaughters. "We have not seen another place that we would rather live and raise a family than the Tennessee Valley," said Ray. "It is home to us, and more than likely, always will be."

Karen McKee
Office Manager & Contract Administrator
At the front office of Rarity Club is Karen McKee, office manager and contracts administrator since 2007. Karen is a native of Marion County and "loves the Sequatchie Valley and the beautiful mountains and lakes". Karen received her real estate license in 1998 and has assisted many people in finding their dream homes in her area.
Karen's husband, Dewayne, is also a native of Marion County and is a shifts operations supervisor with TVA. Their daughter, Tabithahas a son, Austin, who is nine years old. Daughter Amanda is married to Doug and has Emma Grace, who is three years old. Karen's hobbies are working in her flower garden, swimming, riding bikes with her grandchildren and reading a good book.
